Onlyresearchinstitutes and/or centres of the Slovak Academy of Sciences are eligibleorganisationsforfunding by SAS (up to 100%). The mainapplicantmusthave, at the time of submission, a contract(s) withone or several of the institutes/centresequivalent to more than 50% of the full-timeemploymentvalidfor the wholeduration of the project. Eachmember of the applicant’s team mustalsohaveanemploymentcontract or a fellowshipwith the same or another SAS institute/centre. 

Applicants from other Slovak R&D centres (universities and/or otherorganisations from Slovakia) canjoinprojectconsortiaonly as collaboratorsthathave to securetheirownfunding. 

Costsregulation: 

Personnelcostsup to 15 % of alldirectcosts or up to 30% of alldirectcosts, if the Slovak team is the consortium’scoordinator. 

Overheadsup to 20% of alldirectcosts 

Nocapitalexpenditures are allowed
