Funding rates – according to national rules: Budget (RCN)
Companies can apply for funding to cover up to 50 per cent of the companies’ costs in the project. The scope of funding for the company’s project costs covered within the maximum 50 per cent limit depends on the size of the company and the type of R&D activities to be carried out.
Funding to Norwegian enterprises is granted in accordance with Article 25 of the General Block Exemption Regulation for state aid (Commission Regulation (EU) No 651/2014 of 17 June 2014). The general terms and conditions in Chapter I of the Regulation must also be satisfied.
Contracts with RCN are made in NOK and transitions to NOK is based on the currency exchange rate in effect on the pre-proposal deadline date (16th May 2023).
The participation of Norwegian industrial partner is required.
Only proposals with minimum one Norwegian industrial partner are eligible.
Eligible Norwegian partners:
- Approved Norwegian research organisations.
- Companies that have been issued an enterprise number under the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises and that carry out economic activity in Norway
