Projects must be positioned at "basic research" segment or at the first segment of "applied research": TRL start-end range from 1 to 5.

Major eligibility criteria (e.g. types of organisations, thematic restriction, cost types and caps)

The standard funding rules of ANR apply (please consult https://anr.fr/fr/rf/ for more details). Within this framework, personnel costs, consumables, subcontracts (within 50% of the eligible costs for the partner), equipment and travel costs may be eligible. Eligible costs depend on the type of partners requesting support.

Topic 2 (Innovative surfaces, coatings and interfaces)

Topic 3 (High performance composites)

Topic 5 (Advanced materials and technologies for health applications).

Submission of the proposal at national/regional level (schedule, cut-off dates, deadlines, etc.)

Submissions at stage 1 are done at the centralized M-ERANET level.

Projects invited to stage 2 will be contacted by email (deadlines and precise address will be specified) to submit their full proposal to the ANR platform.

Submission of financial and scientific reports at the national/regional level

Financial reporting at the national level is needed, following specific requirements regarding the final financial reporting. Please consult the appendix for partners requesting funding from ANR to this call on the ANR website. The M-ERA.NET level scientific reporting substitutes the ANR reporting.
